The contractor shall striclty follow the
drawing and specifications and shall be abiding
by the condition of the contract.Any
changes,additions,alteration or change in
specification due to unavoidable technical
reasons must be notified to the employeer in
writing prior to execution.
Any item of works not included in the bill of
quantity shall be paid at the rate derived from
additional/subtraction of the contractor's over
all percentage over the approved extimate.
The contract shall be for the period of
twelve(12)months and shall be reckon from the
10th day after the issue of this
order.
