The Dzongkhag Administration,Trashigang is pleased to award M/s Sidhi Jawa Construction, Trashigang bearing licence No.6006937,CDB No.3938 for dismantling the academic building at Pam CPS under Samkhar gewog at a total cost of Nu.3,69,550/-(Nu. three lakhs sixty nine thousand five hundred and fifty)only.

The work must be completed by 15th July 2010 in order to create safe environment for childern to resume from term II.The work shall be strictly adhere and complete as per the terms and conditions.

This is issued as per the comparative rate statement of the limited tender opened on 3rd July 2010.

The 94th two day Dzongkhag Yargye Tshogdu meeting will commence from 6th to7th May 2010, therefore the Gups, Magmis’ from all the fifteen gewogs and the Sector heads, Regional heads, and the Thromde Thume will participate the meeting in the DYT hall at 9.00 AM sharp.

The DYT meeting will mainly discuss on the developmental activities achieved in the 2009-2010 FY and the budget discussion for the different activities for the coming 2010-2011 FY.

However the participants are requested to report to the DYT Chairman’s Office on 29th April 2010, morning at 9.00AM for inclusion of the agendas, failing to do so will not be able to include the agenda for the discussion in the DYT.

The Dzongkhag Health Sector in collaboration with Ministry of Health, Thimphu will conduct the Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) vaccination for all the students girls’ age ranging from 12-28 years.

The HPV vaccination will be provided in three vaccination campaign in the first year 2010 in all the Schools, Hospitals, and BHUs and designated vaccination post for the girls who are not in the Schools.

The objective of the campaign is to reduce the morbidity, mortality due the cervical cancer and to reduce the incidences of cervical cancer in the country.

The schedule for the HPV vaccination is as follows.

The Dzongkhag Health Sector would like to propose to carry out the HPV vaccination campaign as scheduled above on time without any hindrance and the Dzongkhag Health Sector anticipates full support from all the staffs during the time of vaccination.

The contrctor shall strictly follow the drawings and specification and shall be abiding by the condition of the contract.Any changes,additions,alteration or change in specification due to unavoidable technical reasons must be notified to the employeer in writing prior to execution.

Any item of works not included in the bill of quantity shall be paid at the rate derived from additional/subtraction of the contractor's over all percentage over the approved extimate.

The contract shall be for the period of twelve(12)months and shall be reckon from the 10th day after the issue of this order.

As per the letter No DAT/Edu.1 (1)2009-2010/7223 dated 2nd March 2010 of the DEO, the Dzongkhag Education Sector would like to announce the introduction of Continuing Education (CE) programme at Rangjung HSS from 2010 Academic Year.

Therefore, those interested to get enrolled in the programme should get registered with the Principal, Rangjung HSS or the Dzongkhag Education Office on or before 7th March 2010, failing to apply within the given time frame ,the Dzongkhag Education sector will not be held responsible for non enrolment of the candidate in the programme.
