His Eminence Tshugla Lopen is presiding over the 12th Moelam Chenmo of Trashigang with more than 300 monks at Bhutan Olympic Committee's Hall which will end on Saturday. Around thousands of devotees across the Dzongkhag have come to receive blessings from the great prayer.
