It was 5 th July, 2023 the Dzongkhag administration has initiated a week skills4Life Program at Rangjung,

MP hall of Municipal office, which focused more on hands on training on plumbing works. The targeted

participants are from ESP & GSP from Dzongkhag administration. There were 11 participants from

Dzongkhag administration who have successfully completed training and certificates to an individual

were awarded by Hon’ble Dzongdag on 11 th July 2023.
